our stay at Golf Vista 111 exceeded expectations. The cozy condo, modern amenities, and convenient location near the Parkway made for a memorable and enjoyable couple of nights in Pigeon Forge.

Convenient location near the main Parkway, but also on a noisy main street with loud vehicles throughout the night. Nice appearance, but made the most of our stay. Great patio, bathrooms, and living room.

We had a nice Christmas vacation at this condo. The flat panel TV was a nice touch, and the jacuzzi in the bathroom was very relaxing. The location was great, being close to the main street and attractions. Additionally, the WiFi connection was strong and reliable throughout our stay.
There were a few negative aspects to our experience. The beds were outdated and uncomfortable, and some of the showers needed better cleaning.
